BDS FOX 2.5 HTO Performance Series CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500HD (2020-2026)

The BDS 3" Lift Kit is primarily intended for on-road driving, and touring. Travelling long corrugated roads, we highly recommend upgrading to the BDS760FPE remote res fox shocks setup.

Experience a smoother ride and a levelled look in your 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD truck with this 3-inch lift kit by BDS Suspension. Featuring FOX 2.5 HTO  Performance Series shocks, this kit will enhance both stance and performance while providing clearance for up to 35" tyres. All necessary components for installation are included.

FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shock is a bolt-on shock loaded with position-sensitive technology, vehicle-specific valving, and larger pistons to improve on and off-road performance. A type II anodized aluminum body efficiently dissipates heat and prevents corrosion. The 2.5-inch shock body features an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen, optimizing damping. 

Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology offers usable position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement. HTO reduces harsh top-outs and increases comfort by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow down shock shaft speed; HTO is particularly beneficial after installing heavier, aggressive tires and applications lifted higher than OEM specification.

Bolt-on 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks to increase damping capacity and ride in comfort with position-sensitive rebound control.

In the rear, a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks ready to soak up the terrain.

HD UPPER CONTROL ARMS

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
