The everyday RAM HD conversion. 37-inch tyres, DualSport RT, factory flares — towing and payload stay intact.

FAQs
Can I buy the kit and fit it myself?
No. Tough Trucks fits AEV Prospector packages at Arundel or Mackay.
I already have a RAM 2500 or 3500. Can you convert it?
Yes. Bring a 2019-on 5th-generation RAM HD — we fit the AEV Prospector or Prospector XL package to your truck.
I don’t have a truck. Can you supply one?
Yes. We can source a RAM 2500, 3500, or 5500 and build it as a completed AEV Prospector.
What’s the difference between Prospector and Prospector XL?
Prospector runs 37-inch BFGoodrich tyres on the 3-inch DualSport RT. Prospector XL adds HighMark flares and 40-inch tyres, still on a 3-inch lift.
What about the Tray Bed and Cab Chassis?
Tray Bed is the XL package with an aluminium tray, 20k winch and 40-inch HD-Terrain tyres. Cab Chassis is the expedition platform on RAM 3500 or 5500, ready for a body or camper upfit.
What years does it fit?
Prospector, XL and Tray Bed: 2019-on RAM 2500 and 3500. Cab Chassis: RAM 3500 and 5500.
