LOGIQ Air Suspension in Australia

LOGIQ designs air spring kits and electronic air management for full-size American trucks. The company was founded in 2020 by a team with decades of suspension industry experience. Air spring R&D happens in-house in San Luis Obispo, California, manufacturing is in Ogden, Utah, and every prototype goes through real-world testing before it reaches production.

At Tough Trucks, LOGIQ is our go-to airbag system for American trucks. Every kit is vehicle-specific and arrives factory assembled, so there's no fabrication and no guesswork. We pair each kit with the AirIQ management system that suits how you'll use it.

Find the right LOGIQ kit for your truck

Truck Kit type Rated capacity @ 150psi
RAM 2500 (2014+) Primary air spring (coil replacement) 3,719kg lifting force / 2,268kg payload
RAM 1500 (2009+) Primary air spring (coil replacement) 2,722kg lifting force / 1,724kg payload
Toyota Tundra (2022+) Primary air spring (coil replacement) 2,722kg lifting force / 1,588kg payload
Silverado / Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD (2020+) Leaf-assist, dual rolling sleeve 2,903kg load capacity
Ford F-250 / F-350 / F-450 (2023+) Leaf-assist, dual rolling sleeve 2,903kg load capacity
Silverado / Sierra 1500 (2019+) Single sleeve, axle mounted 1,451kg load capacity
Ford F-150 (2015+) Single sleeve, leaf spring mounted 1,451kg load capacity

Capacities are LOGIQ's ratings, converted from pounds. Airbags never increase your truck's legal payload or GVM.

Primary air spring kits for RAM and Tundra

On coil-sprung trucks like the RAM 1500, RAM 2500 and Toyota Tundra, LOGIQ replaces the factory rear coils, or factory air suspension, with full primary air springs. It's a complete coil-to-airbag conversion rather than a helper bag. Drop the pressure for a softer ride when the truck's empty, pump it up for firm, level support under load, and raise or lower the rear for easier hitching. These kits fit factory height to a 3" lift out of the box, and up to 6" with a matching spacer kit.

Leaf-assist airbag kits for Silverado HD and Super Duty

For leaf-sprung heavy-duty trucks, LOGIQ's leaf-assist kits mount between the frame rail and the leaf pack, replacing the factory overload springs. They use dual rolling sleeve air springs tuned to match the ride frequency of the front suspension. Instead of stiffening the rear with more spring rate, they support the load and make the ride in the cab noticeably more comfortable. They're pre-assembled, with no drilling or welding, and work with OEM fifth-wheel hitches.

Half-ton airbag kits for Silverado 1500 and F-150

LOGIQ's half-ton kits use a single air sleeve per side, and they're designed to keep maximum suspension travel while still using the factory bump stops. You get the stock ride when the truck's empty and level, stable support when you're towing a caravan or loading up the tub. Some trucks with factory rear height sensors need an extra relocation kit, which you'll find in this collection.

AirIQ air management: HD2, SD2 and Remote

Every LOGIQ kit ships with a manual inflation kit, but most customers add AirIQ for on-the-fly control from the cab. AirIQ systems are factory assembled and tested, with a compressor, valving, wiring and frame mounting brackets in one package, and they're controlled with the free AirIQ app.

  • AirIQ HD2 is the one we fit to most of our full airbag kits. It has a heavy-duty 150psi compressor and independent left/right control. Any setup with an air tank gets the HD2.
  • AirIQ SD2 has the same 2-channel control with a standard-duty compressor. We use it for airbag-only setups with no tank.
  • AirIQ Remote is a Bluetooth remote with a full-colour screen and a magnetic visor dock. The app is free, but we recommend the remote with every install: a physical controller on your sun visor is a quicker, more reassuring way to monitor and adjust something as critical as your load.
  • 2-gallon aluminium air tank adds stored air for faster recovery when you're adjusting often.

Spacer kits and fitment parts

Running a lift? LOGIQ spacer kits let the RAM 1500 and Tundra air spring kits work on rear lifts of 3" to 6" by repositioning the air springs, so you keep full suspension travel. Fitment parts like the F-150 height sensor relocation kit are in this collection too. If you're not sure what your truck needs, call us before you order.

Installed by Tough Trucks

We supply LOGIQ Australia-wide and install at Tough Trucks HQ in Arundel on the Gold Coast and Tough Trucks NQ in North Mackay. If your setup needs more capacity than your truck is rated for, we also do in-house GVM upgrades. Airbags support and level the load, but a GVM upgrade is what legally increases what you can carry.

LOGIQ Air Suspension FAQs

What's the difference between a primary air spring kit and a helper airbag kit?

A primary air spring kit replaces your truck's rear coil springs (or factory air), so the air springs carry the whole load. That's how the RAM 1500, RAM 2500 and Tundra kits work. A helper or leaf-assist kit works alongside your factory leaf springs to add support. That's how the Silverado, Super Duty and F-150 kits work.

Do LOGIQ airbags increase my payload or GVM?

No. Airbags support and level the load and improve ride and handling when you're loaded, but they don't change your truck's rated payload or GVM. If you need more legal capacity, we offer in-house GVM upgrades.

Do I need a compressor with my LOGIQ kit?

Not to get started. Every kit includes a manual inflation kit so you can fill the bags with an air line. For in-cab or phone control, add AirIQ management: the HD2 for full airbag kits and tank setups, or the SD2 for airbag-only setups with no tank.

Should I get the AirIQ HD2 or SD2?

Both give independent left/right control. The HD2 has a heavy-duty compressor with more output, a longer duty cycle and IP67 sealing throughout. We fit it to most of our full airbag kits and to any setup with an air tank. The SD2 suits airbag-only setups with no tank.

Do I need the AirIQ Remote if the app is free?

You don't have to, but we recommend it. A physical remote docked on your sun visor is quicker and more reassuring than unlocking your phone to check or adjust your airbags, especially when you're towing or carrying a heavy load.

Will LOGIQ fit my lifted truck?

Most kits fit factory height up to a 3" lift. The RAM 1500, RAM 2500 and Tundra kits go up to 6" with a spacer kit, and the Silverado 2500/3500 and 1500 kits have spacer options for 1–3" lifts. Check the fitment notes on each product, or call us with your lift details.

Can I still tow a fifth-wheel or gooseneck?

Most LOGIQ kits are compatible with fifth-wheel hitches, and several are confirmed with specific OEM and gooseneck hitches. The exception is the F-150 kit, which isn't compatible with most fifth-wheel hitches. Each product page lists its confirmed hitch compatibility.

Are there trucks LOGIQ doesn't fit?

Some trims are excluded, including the Silverado 1500 ZR2 and Sierra AT4X, RAM 1500 TRX and RHO, F-150 Raptor and Lightning, and cab & chassis models of the HD trucks. Several kits also aren't compatible with aftermarket fuel tanks or aftermarket leaf springs. Each product page lists its exclusions.

What warranty do LOGIQ air spring kits have?

LOGIQ air spring kits come with a limited lifetime warranty.
