Pair your McGaughy's 4" lift kit with these 2.8" Rear Lift Blocks to bring back the factory rake on your Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. Standing a full inch taller than the blocks included with the 4" kit, these precision-engineered blocks add extra rear height. Built from high-quality materials, they install using the u-bolts already supplied with your McGaughy's lift kit, making this one of the simplest upgrades you can bolt on.
