FLEX ERA® 4 Mini LED - Master Kit - Pair

The FLEX ERA® 4 Mini takes everything that made the FLEX ERA 4 one of KC's most popular lights, including the squared-off round styling, the amber backlight and the swap-your-own-lens setup, and fits it into a housing just 81mm wide. It's built for the spots where a full-size pod won't fit: fog pockets, bumper corners, A-pillars on mid-size utes and 4WDs, and tight mounting points on a built truck.

Three Beam Patterns in the Box

This Master Kit comes with all three lens options for both lights, so you can choose the beam after the lights are fitted.

• Spot: maximum reach, out to 658 metres. Best for higher speeds and long, open tracks.
• Combo (fitted from the factory): 413 metres of reach with extra width for all-round trail driving.
• Wide-60: new to the FLEX ERA family. A 60° beam based on fog-light optics, but with much more output, giving broad, even coverage across the foreground and the edges of the track out to 232 metres. Ideal for fog pockets, bumper corners and ditch lights on slow, technical tracks.

Lumens don't tell the whole story. KC's precision optics put the light where you can use it, and the FE4 Mini puts out 66% more peak intensity in Combo and 31% more in Spot than the FLEX ERA 3, from a housing about the same size.

Amber Backlight or Full Power

Each light has two modes. The signature amber LED backlight is a low-draw accent light that gives the truck its look around town. Full-power white mode is for when you actually need to see. The white output is for off-road use only.

Mount It Your Way

The FE4 Mini mounts right-side up or upside down, and the lens can be reoriented to suit, so it works in tight or custom locations. The 9–36V input means it runs on 12V and 24V systems.

Make It Yours

Gold bezels come standard. You can personalise the lights with red, blue or black machined aluminium bezel rings, Performance Yellow lenses for dust and haze, or clear and amber light shields (all sold separately).

• A-pillar / ditch lights on mid-size utes, 4WDs and UTVs: Wide-60 or Combo
• Front bumper: Combo or Spot

Running a full-size RAM, Silverado or F-Series? For ditch lights on a truck that size, we recommend the full-size FLEX ERA 4. It suits the proportions better. The Mini is a great fit for the fog pockets and bumper corners on the same truck.

Specifications

Wiring tip: each light draws 7.7A in full-power mode, so 15.4A for the pair. If you're wiring into a Switch-Pros, sPOD or factory aux switch instead of the supplied harness, check that the circuit, fuse and relay are rated for the total load.
