LOGIC AIR IQ HD2

The LOGIQ AirIQ HD2 is the airbag management system we fit to most of our full airbag kits at Tough Trucks. It's LOGIQ's top-spec AirIQ package. It pairs a heavy-duty onboard air compressor with dual-channel valving, so you can adjust the left and right airbags independently from your phone.

If you're towing a caravan, horse float or boat with your RAM 2500, Silverado HD or F-250, the HD2 lets you level the truck in seconds. You can run more pressure on one side to correct lean from a side-heavy load, then drop the pressure back when you unhitch for a better unladen ride.

Every AirIQ unit is assembled and tested at the factory before it ships. It comes as a complete package: compressor, valving, wiring harness, air line and mounting brackets.

Why the AirIQ HD2

• Independent left/right control. Two channels mean each airbag is adjusted on its own. This matters for uneven loads, slide-on campers and side-heavy tool setups.
• Heavy-duty compressor. The 150psi LOGIQ compressor flows 2.62 CFM at 0psi with a 33% duty cycle at 100psi. It's built for repeated adjustments, not just the occasional top-up.
• App or remote control. Use the free AirIQ app over Bluetooth, or add the optional AirIQ Remote if you'd rather have a physical controller in the cab.
• IP67 sealed components. Every component is rated IP67 against dust and water, so it holds up to corrugations, creek crossings and wash-downs.
• Easy frame mounting. It comes with four frame mounting brackets and a pre-installed 20ft wiring harness, so you don't have to fabricate brackets or build looms from scratch.
• Universal fitment. It works with load-levelling airbags and helper bags across makes, including the airbag kits we fit to American trucks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the AirIQ HD2 and SD2?

Both are 2-channel systems. The HD2 steps up to LOGIQ's heavy-duty compressor, which fills faster and handles more frequent adjustments. That's why we fit it to our full airbag kits.

Do I need a separate controller?

No. The HD2 works out of the box with the free AirIQ app. The AirIQ Remote is an optional add-on.

Will it work with my existing airbags?

AirIQ works with most load-levelling airbags and helper springs. If you're unsure about your setup, send us your truck and airbag details and we'll confirm before you order.
