LOGIQ Silverado 2500HD Airbag Kit – Complete Install Kit with HD2 & Air Tank (2020+)

The Tough Trucks Complete Install Kit for the 2020+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD is our full LOGIQ airbag setup in one package. It includes the rear air spring kit, the AirIQ HD2 air management system and the 2-gallon aluminium air tank. It's the same combination we fit to our full airbag kits in the workshop, and everything you need to level and support your Silverado HD from the cab or your phone.

The LOGIQ air springs mount between the frame rail and the leaf pack, replacing the factory overload springs, and carry up to 6,400lb (approx. 2,903kg) of load at 150psi. The HD2's heavy-duty compressor and independent left/right valving let you adjust each side in seconds. The air tank stores a reserve of air for faster recovery when you're hitching, unhitching or changing loads. Whether you're towing a big caravan, a fifth-wheel or a plant trailer, or carrying a loaded tray, you get level, stable support and a far more comfortable ride in the cab.

• LOGIQ AirIQ HD2 (50-42200). 2-channel air management with a heavy-duty 150psi compressor, controlled with the free AirIQ app.
• LOGIQ 2-Gallon Aluminium Air Tank (50-10200). Powder-coated aluminium, rated to 200psi, for faster recovery and extra air storage.

Fitment Notes

• Fits trucks with or without factory overload springs.
• Does not fit cab & chassis models.
• Not compatible with aftermarket fuel tanks or most aftermarket leaf springs.
• Dual rear wheel (dually) trucks need a separate DRW hardware kit.
• If the rear is lifted 1–3" (approx. 25–76mm), add bump stop spacer kit 88-32200-3.
• Requires a minimum of 1.83" (approx. 46mm) clearance between the tyre sidewall and the leaf spring.

Never exceed the manufacturer's maximum payload or GVM. Airbags improve load support and levelling, but they don't increase your truck's rated capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is everything I need included?

Yes. The air springs, the AirIQ HD2 compressor and management system, and the air tank are all included, with mounting hardware, air line and wiring. The only extra we recommend is the AirIQ Remote.

Do I need the AirIQ Remote if the app is free?

You don't have to, but we recommend it with every install. A physical remote docked on your sun visor is quicker and more reassuring than unlocking your phone to check or adjust your airbags, especially when you're towing or carrying a heavy load. It also keeps you in control if your phone is flat or out of reach.

Why the HD2 and not the SD2?

Any setup with an air tank gets the HD2 from us. Its heavy-duty compressor has more output (2.62 vs 2.03 CFM), a longer duty cycle (33% vs 25%) and IP67 sealing throughout, so it's built to keep up with a tank and a heavy truck.

Do airbags increase my payload or GVM?

No. Airbags support and level the load, but they don't change your truck's rated payload or GVM. If you need more legal capacity, ask us about our in-house GVM upgrades.

Will it fit my lifted Silverado HD?

Yes. With a 1–3" rear lift, you'll need to add bump stop spacer kit 88-32200-3. You'll also need at least 1.83" (approx. 46mm) between the tyre sidewall and the leaf spring, which is worth checking if you're running wider wheels and tyres.

I've got a long-range fuel tank. Will it fit?

No. The LOGIQ air spring kit isn't compatible with aftermarket fuel tanks. Call us on 07 5500 0095 to talk through options.
