The LOGIQ Air Spring Kit for the 2023+ Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350 and F-450 is a leaf-assist rear airbag kit built for trucks that work hard. It mounts between the frame rail and the leaf pack. If your Super Duty has factory overload springs, the kit replaces them, which improves your loaded ride comfort along with lifting capacity and load support.

Most factory and aftermarket fixes deal with heavy loads by adding spring rate or more leaves, which makes the ride harsher. LOGIQ takes a different approach. It uses dual rolling sleeve air springs tuned to match the ride frequency of the front suspension, for the smoothest ride possible in these trucks. Whether you tow heavy every day or just take the toy hauler out now and then, the difference is obvious. The kit is rated to 6,400lb (approx. 2,903kg) of load capacity at 150psi. It arrives pre-assembled, and installation needs no drilling or welding.

This listing is for the air spring kit only. It includes a manual inflation kit with Schrader valves so you can fill the bags with an air line. For on-the-fly levelling, we pair these bags with the LOGIQ AirIQ HD2 management system and the 2-gallon aluminium air tank. That's the setup we fit to our full airbag kits. Add the AirIQ Remote for a physical controller on your sun visor.

• Not compatible with most aftermarket leaf springs.
• Dual rear wheel (dually) trucks need a separate DRW hardware kit.
• Requires a minimum of 2.56" (approx. 65mm) clearance between the tyre sidewall and the leaf spring.

Never exceed the manufacturer's maximum payload or GVM. Airbags improve load support and levelling, but they don't increase your truck's rated capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this kit include a compressor?

No. This is the air spring kit only, with a manual inflation kit for filling the bags. For in-cab or phone control, add the AirIQ HD2. It's the system we fit to our full airbag kits, and it's our pick whenever an air tank is part of the setup.

Do airbags increase my Super Duty's payload or GVM?

No. Airbags support and level the load, and they improve ride and handling when you're loaded up, but they don't change your truck's rated payload or GVM. Always stay within the manufacturer's limits.

Does it fit dually (DRW) trucks?

Yes, but dual rear wheel trucks need a separate DRW hardware kit. Get in touch and we'll make sure you get the right parts.

Will it clear my wheels and tyres?

The kit needs at least 2.56" (approx. 65mm) between the tyre sidewall and the leaf spring. If you're running wider aftermarket wheels or a lower offset, measure before you order, or send us your wheel and tyre specs.

Can I still use my fifth-wheel or gooseneck hitch?

Yes. The kit is confirmed compatible with the OEM fifth-wheel hitch and the B&W GNRK1123 gooseneck hitch.
