LOGIQ - TOYOTA TUNDRA 2022+ SPRING REPLACEMENT
The LOGIQ Toyota Tundra Air Spring Kit replaces the 2022+ Tundra's factory rear coil springs, or its factory air suspension, with full primary air springs at the rear axle. It's a complete coil-to-airbag conversion, not a helper bag. The air springs carry the load themselves, so you can tune both the ride and the ride height to suit what's in the tub or on the hitch.
Run the pressure down for a smoother, more comfortable ride when the Tundra's empty. Pump it up for firm, level support when you're towing a caravan, a boat or a fifth-wheel. You can also lower or raise the rear to make loading and hitching easier. The kit suits factory-height Tundras and lifts up to 3" (approx. 76mm) straight out of the box, and goes up to 6" (approx. 152mm) with the Tundra spacer kit.
Our Recommended Setup: AirIQ HD2 + Remote
The air springs can be run with the manual inflation kit included, but most of our full airbag kits go out with the LOGIQ AirIQ HD2 air management system. It has a heavy-duty onboard compressor and independent left/right control from your phone, so you can level the truck in seconds instead of filling each bag at the servo.
We also recommend adding the AirIQ Remote. The AirIQ app is free with every install, but a physical remote docked on your sun visor is a quicker and more reassuring way to watch and adjust your airbags when they're carrying your load. Add the 2-gallon aluminium air tank for faster recovery and extra air storage.
Why Convert Your Tundra to Rear Air Springs
- Better unladen ride. Lower the pressure and the rear of the Tundra rides smoother and softer when it's empty.
- Serious load support. 6,000lb (approx. 2,722kg) of lifting force and 3,500lb (approx. 1,588kg) of payload capacity at 150psi.
- Adjustable ride height. Raise or lower the rear for easier loading and trailer hook-up, and level the truck under load.
- Suits lifted Tundras. It fits factory height to +3" out of the box, or +3" to +6" with spacer kit 89-52220-3.
- Replaces factory air too. Tundras with factory air suspension can run the kit with the 89-52220-AET adapter kit.
- Fifth-wheel friendly. It's compatible with all fifth-wheel hitches.
- Limited lifetime warranty. LOGIQ backs its air spring kits with a limited lifetime warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a helper airbag kit?
No. This is a primary air spring kit. It replaces the factory rear coils (or factory air suspension) completely, so the air springs do all the work at the rear axle. Helper bags sit alongside the factory springs instead.
Do I need an onboard compressor?
A manual inflation kit is included, so you can fill the springs with an air line or tyre inflator. For on-the-fly adjustment, we recommend adding the AirIQ HD2 management system, which we fit to most of our full airbag kits.
Will it fit my lifted Tundra?
Yes, up to +3" out of the box. For lifts of +3" to +6", add the Tundra spacer kit (89-52220-3).
My Tundra has factory air suspension. Will it fit?
Yes, with the additional 89-52220-AET adapter kit. Get in touch and we'll make sure you get the right parts.
Can Tough Trucks install it?
Yes. Book a fitting at our Arundel or Mackay workshop and we'll take care of the install.
