KC built its name in desert racing and still designs lights for that kind of punishment: output, beam control and housings that cop dust, water, corrugations and Australian heat. Gravity LED light bars

KC Gravity® Pro6 and Gravity® Titan™ LED light bars are our biggest sellers. They are modular, high-output bars for overhead, bumper and grille mounts. Lengths from compact 20" setups through 26", 32", 39", 45" and 50" bars mean you can match the bar to the vehicle, not the other way around.

FLEX ERA® pods and compact bars

FLEX ERA® pods and light bars are compact, configurable KC LEDs for ditch lights, A-pillars, bumpers and chase racks. The FLEX ERA 1, FLEX ERA 3 and FLEX ERA 4 kits are the go-to when you want extra light at the corners without a full-width bar, or when you are filling gaps around a Gravity bar.

Master kits include the lights, wiring and hardware so the install is a complete KC system, not a mix of leftover parts. We also stock FLEX ERA light shields, shrouds and lens options, including the FLEX ERA 3 Dual Mode SAE fog kit.

Daylighter, SlimLite and driving lights

For classic KC style, Daylighter and Apollo Pro systems are still the round lights that defined off-road lighting. Gravity LED Daylighters give you that same look with LED output, including the SAE/ECE 20W driving-beam pair for on-road use. SlimLite® 6" and 8" LEDs give a low-profile driving or spot beam that sits neatly on American trucks.

Vehicle-specific mounts

A good KC setup is as much about the mount as the light. We stock genuine KC overhead mounts for Ford F-150 and Raptor, the Jeep Wrangler JL / 4xe / Gladiator JT A-pillar bundle, the Ford Super Duty Titan bumper bundle, and the Super Duty bumper mount for a 40" FLEX ERA bar. Universal tube-clamp mounts cover bull bars, chase racks and custom fabrication.

Using the KC mount made for the vehicle keeps the bar height, rake and wiring clean. If you are not sure which bracket you need, send us the year, make, model and where you want the lights — roof, bumper, A-pillar or rack.

Supply and install

We supply genuine KC HiLiTES Australia-wide and install at Tough Trucks HQ in Arundel on the Gold Coast and Tough Trucks NQ in North Mackay. That includes bars, pods, vehicle-specific mounts, wiring, covers and finishing hardware — and we can wire KC lights into a Switch-Pros panel if the truck already has one, or if you are building the electricals at the same time.

Is Tough Trucks the official KC HiLiTES distributor in Australia?

Yes. Tough Trucks is the exclusive Australian distributor for KC HiLiTES. Genuine KC lighting for the Australian market should come from us.

Are KC lights bought elsewhere grey imports?

If the KC HiLiTES product did not come from Tough Trucks, treat it as a grey import. Warranty and local support may not apply. Buy from us for a genuine kit, a valid warranty path, and local install support.

What are your most popular KC HiLiTES products?

Our biggest sellers are Gravity Pro6 and Gravity Titan LED light bars, FLEX ERA 3 and FLEX ERA 4 pod kits, Gravity LED Daylighters and SlimLite LEDs. Vehicle-specific kits like the F-150 / Raptor overhead bundle and the Jeep JL / JT A-pillar bundle are also in high demand because they install cleanly.

What is the difference between Gravity Pro6 and Gravity Titan?

Both are modular KC Gravity LED light bars. Pro6 is the race-bred modular bar KC is known for. Titan is the next-generation Gravity bar with a similar modular layout and high output. Choice usually comes down to length, beam pattern and which mount suits the vehicle. We will spec it with you.

Should I get a FLEX ERA kit or a full light bar?

Choose a Gravity Pro6 or Titan bar when you want a main lighting setup across the roof, bumper or grille. Choose FLEX ERA pods when you want ditch lights, A-pillar lights, bumper fills or extra coverage around a bar. A lot of builds run both: a Gravity bar up top and FLEX ERA pods at the corners.

Gravity LED or halogen Daylighter?

Halogen Daylighters are the classic KC round light — simple, serviceable and the look a lot of people still want. See the 6" halogen Daylighter 2-light spot system. Gravity LED Daylighters keep that shape with LED output, lower draw and a tighter beam — including the SAE/ECE driving-beam pair. If you want the retro KC face with modern performance, go Gravity LED. If you are restoring a classic KC setup, halogen still has a place.

Are KC HiLiTES street legal in Australia?

It depends on the light and how it is wired. Some KC driving lights — including certain Gravity LED Daylighter SAE/ECE driving beams such as the 20W SAE/ECE Daylighter pair — are intended for on-road driving-lamp use. High-power off-road bars are typically for off-road or auxiliary use and should be switched independently of the headlights. Check the listing, or ask us which lights suit on-road use on your vehicle.

Which vehicles do KC HiLiTES fit?

KC lights and mounts are widely used on Ford F-150, Raptor, F-250 and F-350 Super Duty, Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, RAM, and Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator. Many systems are universal; some are vehicle-specific bundles like the F-150 / Raptor Titan overhead kit and the Super Duty Titan bumper kit. Do I need a vehicle-specific mount?

If KC makes a mount for your truck, use it. Vehicle-specific overhead, bumper and A-pillar kits sit right, clear the factory parts, and keep the wiring tidy. Universal tube-clamp and L-brackets are the right call for bull bars, chase racks and custom work. We will tell you which option fits before you order.

Can KC lights be wired to Switch-Pros or factory aux switches?

Yes. KC lights can be run on a genuine KC harness, a factory auxiliary switch, or a Switch-Pros panel. Dual-mode KC lights need the right wiring so both modes work. If we are installing the lights, we will spec the harness or switch panel with the job.

What beam pattern should I choose?

Spot is for distance down the track or highway. Spread and combo fill the sides and mid-range. Driving beam is the pattern to look at for on-road driving lamps. A common truck setup is a combo or driving bar up front, with spot pods or inners for reach. Tell us how you use the vehicle and we will pick the pattern mix.

Can I get replacement covers, shields and wiring?

Yes. We stock genuine KC light shields, vinyl covers, the universal wire hider and mounting hardware so you can service or finish an existing KC setup properly — including parts for Gravity, FLEX ERA, Daylighter and SlimLite.
