The LOGIQ Air Spring Kit for the 2019+ Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is a rear airbag kit engineered specifically for GM's half-ton. It comes 100% factory assembled and ready to install. A durable single air sleeve on each side mounts over the axle and gives your Silverado 1500 more than enough load support for towing and hauling, with up to 3,200lb (approx. 1,451kg) of load capacity at 150psi.

The kit is designed to give maximum suspension travel while still using your factory bump stops, so you get the ride quality of a stock truck when it's empty and stable, level load support when it's not. Run the pressure low for daily driving and pump it up when you're hitching a caravan, a boat or a camper trailer.

This listing is for the air spring kit only. It includes a manual inflation kit with Schrader valves so you can fill the bags with an air line. For phone or in-cab control, we fit the AirIQ SD2 for airbag-only setups. If you want an air tank as well, we always step up to the AirIQ HD2. Either way, we recommend adding the AirIQ Remote for a physical controller on your sun visor.

Fitment Notes

• Does not fit ZR2 or AT4X models.
• Does not fit 3.0L diesel trucks with single-exit exhaust.
• Not compatible with aftermarket fuel tanks.
• Trucks with factory rear height sensors need additional part 88-31190-1.
• AT4, Trail Boss and trucks with a 1–3" (approx. 25–76mm) rear lift need additional spacer kit 88-91003.
• 1–3" rear lifts without bump stop spacers need spacer kits 88-31190-3 and 88-91003.
• Not compatible with rear lifts larger than 3" (approx. 76mm).

Never exceed the manufacturer's maximum payload or GVM. Airbags improve load support and levelling, but they don't increase your truck's rated capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it fit the Silverado 1500 ZR2 or Trail Boss?

The ZR2 isn't compatible with this kit. The Trail Boss is, but it needs additional spacer kit 88-91003.

Does this kit include a compressor?

No. This is the air spring kit only, with a manual inflation kit for filling the bags. For phone or in-cab control, add the AirIQ SD2, or the AirIQ HD2 if you're adding an air tank.

My truck has rear height sensors. Will it fit?

Yes, but you'll need additional part 88-31190-1. Get in touch with your truck details and we'll confirm what's needed.

Will it fit my lifted Silverado 1500?

Yes, up to a 3" rear lift. With bump stop spacers already fitted, add spacer kit 88-91003. Without them, add spacer kits 88-31190-3 and 88-91003. Rear lifts over 3" aren't compatible.

Do airbags increase my payload or GVM?

No. Airbags support and level the load, but they don't change your truck's rated payload or GVM. Always stay within the manufacturer's limits.

Can Tough Trucks install it?
